철강 산업에서 공정 설계를 위한 구조 역학 시뮬레이션은 기본적으로 유한 요소법에 의존한다. 유한요소법은 전통적이고 정확한 방법이지만 원하는 해상도가 높을수록 더 많은 시간 및 연산 자원을 필요로 한다. 연산 자원 문제는 압연기를 연속적으로 거치는 압연 공정에서 더 크게 작용한다. 본 연구는 유한요소법을 대체하여 H 형강 가역식 연속 압연 공정에서의 소재의 변형거동을 예측하기 위한 인공신경망 기반의 대리모델을 제안한다. 모델 학습 과정에서 공형 정보를 입체적으로 반영하여 비학습 공정조건에 대한 예측을 성공적으로 수행한다.
