An integrated quality criterion for display manufacturing is introduced and an algorithm is proposed to derive the BoB paths based on the criterion. The algorithm first analyzes the positive effects between adjacent equipment and next calculate path scores by considering equipment combinations only with positive effects for BoB path candidates. The BoB path is determined as the one with the highest path score, indicating optimal quality achievement. Finally, the algorithm is validated by demonstrating its ability to accurately identify the BoB path based on the defined quality standards.
